This indulgent Upper Body Treatment is designed to provide deep relaxation and relief, focusing on the neck, shoulders, and face. The session begins with a soothing back massage, accompanied by a hot towel compress to ease tension in the neck, shoulders, and back muscles. Cold marble stones,are used with a nourishing oil and gently massaged over acupressure points on the neck, shoulders, and face, with particular emphasis on the facial muscles. The cooling stones help alleviate tension, reduce sinus congestion, relieve headaches, and calm inflammation, leaving you feeling deeply rejuvenated. The treatment concludes with a hot towel compress, infused with lavender essential oil*, placed on the face and neck to warm and relax the tissues, followed by a cold compress to invigorate the skin and close the pores.

*If lavender is not to your preference, I am happy to use another essential oil or none at all, based on your personal preference.

Longer sessions can include: Lymphatic face massage/Facial decompression therapy (cupping)/ massage for hands and feet/ massage for arms and hands 
90/105/120 minute session can include general full body massage along with the Cold Stone Face Massage

**Special Notes**
Although oil will be applied all over the face, you will have 2 hot towels at the end of the session if you'd like to wipe off some of the face oil as well as any oil on the body.
